Log Files

RWMI follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

RWMI collects personal information such as users’ names, email addresses, shipping addresses, phone numbers, and financial data only when the user submits this information to us. Examples of the submitting of this information includes mailing list sign ups, contacting us via our contact forms, product purchases, online donations, and leaving a product review.

Names, email addresses, and phone numbers: We store users’ names, email addresses, and phone numbers that are submitted to us in order to keep in contact with the user. In most cases, the user’s name and email address is all of the personal information that we store. We also use email addresses to send digital product purchases, receipts, newsletter updates, and other necessary information to users.

Shipping addresses: Shipping addresses are only used to estimate shipping prices and to ship physical products to users who make product purchases.

Billing addresses: Financial information may be stored such as your billing address that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, or exchange a product, or submit an online donation on our website. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, Stripe, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

If a user would like for us to delete all of their personal information from our database, we will as long as the user requests for us to delete this information. We can also share with the user the information that we have on file and make updates and changes to it if desired. Targeted Social Media Advertisements

We may use the data you provide to us via cookies to run social media advertisements and/or create look-alike audiences for advertisements.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics. Google Analytics transmits website traffic data to Google servers. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic, web page usage, how people interact with our web pages, along with information such as the browsers users use and their demographic information (age, location, etc.).

_gat – Used to throttle request rate. If Google Analytics is deployed via Google Tag Manager, this cookie will be named _dc_gtm_<property-id>.

AMP_TOKEN – Contains a token that can be used to retrieve a Client ID from AMP Client ID service. Other possible values indicate opt-out, inflight request or an error retrieving a Client ID from AMP Client ID service.

_gac_<property-id> – Contains campaign related information for the user. If you have linked your Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts, Google Ads website conversion tags will read this cookie unless you opt-out.

_ _utma – Used to distinguish users and sessions. The cookie is created when the javascript library executes and no existing __utma cookies exists. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

_ _utmt – Used to throttle request rate.

_ _utmb – Used to determine new sessions/visits. The cookie is created when the javascript library executes and no existing __utmb cookies exists. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

_ _utmc – Not used in ga.js. Set for interoperability with urchin.js. Historically, this cookie operated in conjunction with the __utmb cookie to determine whether the user was in a new session/visit.

_ _ utmz – Stores the traffic source or campaign that explains how the user reached your site. The cookie is created when the javascript library executes and is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

_ _utmv – Used to store visitor-level custom variable data. This cookie is created when a developer uses the _setCustomVar method with a visitor level custom variable. This cookie was also used for the deprecated _setVar method. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

Data Stored & Shared with Third Parties

We may store your information with trusted third parties such as our newsletter provider in order to contact you via email, or our merchant accounts to process payments (Stripe), and our Google/social media accounts in order to run advertisements. WooCommerce

We use WooCommerce to allow us to offer our products for sale. While you visit our site, Woocommerce tracks:

Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
